Returns and Size Exchanges 

You are welcome to exchange or return any products , subject to the following terms:Size Exchange/Refunds

We offer a 7 day returns, exchanges, or refunds policy for all products purchased online or in-store.

Please contact us via email at customerservice@denimdirect2u.co.za or through the Contact Us page.

We will gladly arrange collection , and refund you the purchase amount, provided the product is in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged and is returned with the original invoice

A courier fee will be charged to you for collection of the products purchased and delivery of the exchange items

You are welcome to return the products in store at no extra change

Merchandise sold with a promotional item can only be returned if the promotional gift is also returned at the same time

At the rare chance a garment does not meet the size guidelines, we would gladly refund you the purchase price with no additional changes , provided the product is
in its original packaging , unused and undamaged.

Defective Products

If a product is defective, please contact us via email at customerservice@denimdirect2u.co.za or through the Contact Us page.

We offer a two week (14 day) returns, policy for all defective products purchased online or in-store.

If an item is defective you can choose a repair (if possible ), replacement, or full refund.

Please note that a product defect does not include damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear, Alterations to the product, Negligence, misuse or abuse, Inadequate care beyond reasonable expectations

We will gladly arrange collection and refund you the purchase amount or return a suitable product to you after
the returned items are carefully inspected to ensure they meet these conditions.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days Special Orders/Exceptions: Custom-made items or specially ordered goods cannot be returned, unless they are defective

Denim Direct2u reserves the right to refuse returns/refunds if a product shows signs of damage through normal wear and tear.
